• Once the Notary/Attorney has been assigned, they will contact your client to arrange an appointment to sign their loan documents at their office or in the comfort of their own home, day or evening.
• Mobile Attorneys’ Notary Services will fax or email you a "Confirmation of Order Report" with the name and contact info of the Notary/Attorney and to confirm that an appointment has been set.
• A Notary Public/Attorney, experienced with loan signings, will meet your client to go over the documents and have the documents executed.
• Executed documents are then promptly returned to your specified destination.
• Nobile Attorneys’ Notary Services will fax or email you a "Completion of Order Report" with the status and/or the carrier and tracking number upon completion of the signing.
• We are not liable for appointments cancelled or postponed due to inclement weather, disagreements between the parties, source document errors or delays, or overnight carrier delays/schedules. Services rendered up to the point of cancellation will be billed accordingly.
